This project aims to co-design an intervention, together with women informal carers, that is grounded in their lived experiences and promotes self-care. The study will be conducted within the framework of the Home Care for People with Severe Dependency Program and will employ the Experience-Based Co-Design (EBCD) methodology. This innovative approach fosters collaboration between service users and professionals to identify challenges and develop solutions that enhance the quality of health services.
This is a qualitative study that will use techniques such as participatory observation, in- depth interviews, narrative collection, and group discussions to gather experiences and perspectives that inform a meaningful and impactful design.
