Cognitive accessibility ensures that information is easy to understand by all people, regardless of their previous knowledge or intellectual abilities. However in Chile, it is still scarcely addressed despite its relevance and impact on the inclusion of people in society.

With this in mind, PICTOS aims to promote and enhance cognitive accessibility in public services through a web application and an accessibility assessment model that help facilitate access to public services and foster inclusion for all.
