Care and Support Networks, are they the same?

Are the concepts of Care and Support Networks comparable? This research aims to distinguish the theoretical and methodological notions of both ideas from their use in different studies. It is proposed that there is an interdependence between both and even more; that care networks are those that are available and immediately perceptible, while support networks are measured in a specific event or period.

Amanoz Foundation are our new partner

Great visit of Dolors Comas to Chile

The outstanding researcher and promoter of Catalan public policies, Dolors Comas, was until recently in Chile invited by MICARE. In our country, she held multiple meetings with authorities and academics. She was also at the seminar “Care, the elderly and interdependence: political and social challenges” at the Catholic University.
We have a new agreement!

Last Wednesday, March 22nd, we signed a new agreement with Fondo Esperanza, This will open new and better opportunities for us to be able to help caregivers who must also develop an undertaking and turn into entrepreneurs.
